Upcoming Pack Walks!
Pack Walk Rules;
All dogs welcome!
1 handler per dog.
We will wait 5-10 minutes for folks, then the pack will start.
Be aware of your surroundings at all times.
No flexi/stretchy leashes for safety purposes.
No nose to nose contact. Not all dogs will enjoy having another dog in their space.
Keep some distance between others when walking.
No shaming of tools or rude comments.
Please be courteous and walk in a single file line so others can pass by.
If you have a dog who is reactive, it's okay! We'll advise you to go either to the head of the pack or the back of the pack. So your dog isn't struggling with a dog ahead and behind them.
Know thy dog. If you see your dog struggle with the heat, please do not push them, and turn around. We don't want any dogs getting heat exhaustion/heat stroke.
Bring water for both, you and your dog.
We'd love to take a group picture at the end, so stick around.

This is a moderate hike, it is a total of 3 miles with a nice uphill as a heads up.
There will be quite a few distractions on this pack walk as we will be parking and meeting right by the brand new Central Park Stairs, which is also by the Central Bark Park - the dog park.

Saint Francis Dam Disaster National Memorial & Monument Pack Walk
Who is ready to go give this lovely place a go again?! This is a flat 3 mile walk on the old San Francisquito road.

The closest thing there is "A Place to Shoot", if you go past that when coming up the mountain, know you bypassed the parking area for this hike.
There is NO cell reception out here so please read directions carefully!

Once you get off of Escondido Canyon Rd. carry on on the dirt road until you see an open area with other cars parked and trails. If you open up your phones map, it should show you "Star Trek Historic Film Site" and that's where you want to park. You'll see us!

This is a beautiful 3 mile walk through the canyon that our awesome team member Erin found for you all.
The path starts wide and flat, it does have a small hill, the path narrows down at one point and then you see the beautiful water fall!
There are parts you will go over a stream (when there's water) so bring appropriate attire for this one.

There should be plenty of parking space and there's 2 parking lots one can park in.
